Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>Anemolia Villas operate three private villas with pools in Pefkos, Alonissos, P.C. 37005, Greece. Delivered via the Brevo transactional email service.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Newsletter data<\/strong> \u2014 name and email if you voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Browsing data<\/strong> \u2014 IP address, device type, operating system, browser, pages visited, time on site. Collected via anonymised analytics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies<\/strong> \u2014 see section 7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Why we process your data<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To fulfil your booking &amp; stay<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2014 performance of a contract).<\/li>\n<li><strong>To meet legal obligations<\/strong>, such as guest registration with Greek authorities and tax \/ accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/li>\n<li><strong>To respond to your enquiries<\/strong> via the contact form (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2014 pre-contractual steps).<\/li>\n<li><strong>To send our newsletter<\/strong>, only with your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To improve the site<\/strong> through aggregated, non-personalised analytics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR \u2014 legitimate interest).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. We share it only with carefully chosen service providers who have signed data processing agreements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>HotelPoint<\/strong> \u2014 booking engine that powers online reservations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brevo<\/strong> (Sendinblue SAS, France) \u2014 sends transactional and marketing email on our behalf.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Maps<\/strong> (Google Ireland Ltd.) \u2014 displays the embedded map on location and contact pages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Fonts<\/strong> (Google Ireland Ltd.) \u2014 provides our typography. Loaded directly from Google servers, so your IP address is shared.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hosting provider<\/strong> \u2014 stores the site and database within the EU.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Greek authorities<\/strong> \u2014 guest registration data is transmitted as required by law.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Booking partners<\/strong> (e.g. Booking.com, where applicable) \u2014 only the details needed to fulfil reservations made through them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. International transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Some processors (mainly Google) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, with additional safeguards where required.<\/p>\n<h2>6.
