{"id":362,"date":"2026-05-23T13:58:07","date_gmt":"2026-05-23T13:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neo.anemoliavillas-alonissos.gr\/stay-policy-en\/"},"modified":"2026-05-23T13:58:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-23T13:58:07","slug":"stay-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/anemoliavillas-alonissos.gr\/en\/stay-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Stay Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By making a reservation, you confirm full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the stay, booking, payment and cancellation policies of <strong>Anemolia Villas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Check-in Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in time: <strong>15:00<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Check-out time: <strong>11:00<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Payment &amp; Booking Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Anemolia Villas are rented on a weekly basis, with check-in on Friday or Saturday.<\/li>\n<li>To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of <strong>30%<\/strong> of the total stay cost is required (any bank or transfer fees are charged to the sender).<\/li>\n<li>The remaining balance must be settled at least <strong>4 weeks<\/strong> before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>At check-in, a valid credit card and an ID or passport are required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>For cancellations <strong>up to 31 days<\/strong> before arrival, there is no charge and the deposit is refunded.<\/li>\n<li>For cancellations <strong>less than 31 days<\/strong> before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, the full booking amount is charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pet Policy<\/h2>\n<p>Pets are not allowed in the villas.<\/p>\n<h2>Smoking Policy<\/h2>\n<p>Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the villas.<\/p>\n<h2>Personal Belongings<\/h2>\n<p>Each guest is responsible throughout their stay at the villas for the safekeeping of personal and \/ or valuable items, money etc. Anemolia Villas bear no liability for any loss or damage.
