Payment & Booking Policy
- Anemolia Villas are rented on a weekly basis, with check-in on Friday or Saturday.
- To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay cost is required (any bank or transfer fees are charged to the sender).
- The remaining balance must be settled at least 4 weeks before arrival.
- At check-in, a valid credit card and an ID or passport are required.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, there is no charge and the deposit is refunded.
- For cancellations less than 31 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, the full booking amount is charged.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the villas.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the villas.
Personal Belongings
Each guest is responsible throughout their stay at the villas for the safekeeping of personal and / or valuable items, money etc. Anemolia Villas bear no liability for any loss or damage. We recommend using the safe boxes provided in each villa.
